It’s a bird…It’s…a plane…it’s a lady in an out of control Toyota Camry heading straight towards a woman getting ready to cross the road.
Carscoops tipster Laurent explains: “Here is a video filmed from a taxi in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. A 50 year old woman loses control of a Camry and nearly misses a pedestrian. The pedestrian was unharmed.”
As in the case of the Pontiac Firebird that nearly ran over a group of pedestrians, it’s very easy to play Captain Hindsight and say that, when faced with such a danger, you should probably turn around and run the other way instead of walking backwards, but just place yourself in this horrifying position where you have to make a split second decision.
