Some love it and some loathe it, but few can ignore the Nissan Juke’s bold looks. Either way, its distinct design helped it become a commercial success for Nissan, selling more than 420,000 units in the three and half years it’s been on the market.
Nissan could go both ways with its successor that’s two to three years away, opting for an equally divisive and stand out design or a more conventional and easily digestible styling.
We think it should stick to the first formula, but if you’re a proponent of the other school of thought, then this render may please your eyes.
It was created by Carscoops’ reader Damian Sebastian who took Nissan’s recent Kick crossover concept and gave it a production car makeover by changing various elements such as the front grille, bumper and side trims, wheels and lights.
Damian tells us that the design could work for both the upcoming production version of the Kick for a compact-sized SUV for the Brazilian market, and in a smaller, sub-compact form, a replacement for the Juke.
Kudos to Damian for the renders!
