The all-new Audi Q7, while much better looking and proportioned than its predecessor, has brought a few changes to the familiar formula.
The new model appears to sit much lower, and it really no longer looks like an SUV, but more something along the lines of a tall estate or wagon – now picture it with the same engine and drivetrain as an RS6 and matching bodywork.
Actually, you don’t have to imagine because X-Tomi has created just such a thing: an RS Q7. Come on, admit it, if Audi made this vehicle, it would probably be the coolest thing they’ve done in years – it wouldn’t be particularly good on or off-road, but it would be sufficiently brutish to negate that.
The styling elements borrowed from other RS Audis fit it nicely too, and it just works (design-wise) with the big oval exhausts at the back and massive rims on low-profile rubber.
