Now that the weather’s getting all dreary and sleety in many parts of the world, what is required to boost one’s mood is a does of nice old cars gleaming in bright sunlight.
It never fails and that’s exactly what this video offers, plus commentary from the knowledgeable Harry Metcalfe.
He recently posted a video of him walking around this past August’s 2014 Monterey Car Week, an event made up of many smaller venues. It gathers up all manner of classic cars, and there really is a lot of them – you can see the same models lined up, but with different colors/spec, which is pretty cool.
Metcalfe’s video focuses on the “Concorso Italiano” part of the event, and shows a bunch of Lambos, Ferraris and Alfas all in superb condition and a joy to behold. The weirdest car spotted is a late sixties Ferrari Dino painted a distinctly Lamborghini-esque shade of striking light green.
