Reviews have been saying a lot of nice things about the current Honda Odyssey (and its vacuum cleaner). It’s a top pick in its class, and if you get a fully specced-up one with “powered everything”, then you may even enjoy the experience of owning it.
Everyday Driver tried it out as a camera support vehicle, a role it fulfilled with ease, with the third row of seats removed. That way there’s a lot of space in the trunk, while still retaining seating for five.
They even say it’s not that bad to drive and that it can hold its own surprisingly well when driven at a hurried pace. It can’t be sporty in any way, but if it’s safe and predictable and doesn’t suffer from excessive understeer, we can see how you could derive some enjoyment out of it.
