Remodeling the interior of a BMW 5-Series or a Lancer EVO is one thing, but doing it to a limited run exotic like the Jaguar XJ220 requires a big leap of faith from the owner.
Personally, I’d keep everything stock on an XJ220, even if there’s nothing special about the twin-turbocharged V6 model’s cabin, but that’s just me.
The owner of this brown XJ220 had no problem tossing the keys to Bulgarian design studio Vilner for an interior renovation.
Vilner hasn’t detailed the project yet, but from the photography, it looks like they redid all the surfaces on the dashboard, door panels, center console, headliner and even the steering wheel, using a combination of brown leather and Alcantara.
