We’ll come right out and say it that the launch trailer for the upcoming open world driving game The Crew is very well made and quite spectacular. It sets the tone nicely for the game which launches today, although we would have preferred the in-game engine to be used, and not the quite different looking CGI that’s far prettier than it…
The Crew is by no means an ugly game, quite the contrary actually, but the extra quality seen in this trailer is a cut above what its engine can offer.
We do recommend you watch it, though – it is, like we said in the opening paragraph, expertly executed and well worth spending the three minutes to watch it. Ubisoft seems to not have sent out review copies to anybody so we’ll have to wait a bit longer for established impressions to hit the web.
