Officially, Ford’s 2015 Detroit Motor Show presence is shrouded in mystery, but unofficially, the Blue Oval is rumored to debut a multitude of new cars and trucks.
These include a GT supercar with a +600hp EcoBoost V6, a new F-150 SVT Raptor sports truck, the next generation Focus RS and a hotter version of the new Mustang Shelby GT350 with the “R” moniker.
The team over from TopSpeed took the liberty to illustrate two of those cars, the Mustang GT350R and the Focus RS, sharing the results with us.
It is understood that the GT350R will have a similar relationship to the existing GT350 as the older Boss 302 Laguna Seca had with the base Boss 302, offering improved aerodynamics, chassis tweaks and possibly more ponies under the hood.
Even though there are conflicting reports on whether the new Focus RS will have its world premiere on US or European soil, the following render tries to decode the hot hatchback’s appearance giving it a more aggressive aero kit. The car is believed to be powered by the Mustang EcoBoost’s 2.3-liter turbocharged four delivering around 350hp.
