The Infiniti Q60 was only just revealed in concept form, and one does not need the most imaginative approach to visualize it in production guise. Just look at it and the Q50 sedan then try to combine the two in your head.
If that’s too much hassle, then check out the rendered interpretation created by X-Tomi. The Hungarian designer has once again turned a close-to-production concept into a believable interpretation of what the series model will be like.
He’s kept the grille and headlights of the concept intact here, but the bumper seems like it’s the one from the Q50 Eau Rouge super sedan. The wheels are also off that particular car, as well.
The color is a bit ill-chosen, and something darker and more understated would have suited its voluptuous flanks better – this car will be considerably more striking to look at in the flesh than its expected BMW 4-Series rival. It could be on par with the Lexus coupe for visual drama, but we’ll have to see the two side by side to be sure.
The wait is not long before we can do that, though, as the Q60 Concept debuts at the Detroit auto show next week.
