In last year’s Paris Auto Show, PSA announced that the DS-branded vehicles would shed all Citroen connection, with DS becoming a separate, premium brand of the French group.
This is the first year of DS as a standalone brand. To celebrate, it launched the Ines de la Fressange version of the DS3 supermini that was first revealed last year in Paris as a concept.
Developed in cooperation with the luxury goods maker, it boasts a “Sporting Encore” blue body paint, Onyx black roof, “Rouge Ines” red exterior mirror covers, 17-inch diamond cut wheels and Xenon headlights.
In the cabin, the dashboard is also finished in “Rouge Ines” paint and there are different, stitched front headrests. The DS3 Ines de la Fressange Paris will be a limited edition available both as a hatch and convertible. Customers will have a choice of four engines, while the starting price is €23,950.
