Paul Walker’s father is suing the family of Roger Rodas for holding a car collection worth $1.8 million that belongs to his son. Walker is demanding for his son’s exotic car collection, or its value in dollars, to be returned to his family immediately.
It has been more than a year since “Fast and Furious” actor Paul Walker lost his life in a devastating car accident. The late actor was riding along in a Porsche Carrera GT driven by friend and business partner Roger Rodas when the exotic lost control, struck a tree, and violently ignited on fire. Unfortunately, the aftermath of the tragedy is still an ongoing struggle for the family.
Paul Walker and Roger Rodas shared ownership of tuning garage AE Performance in Valencia, California. However, many of the vehicles that Walker’s father claims belong to his son are allegedly under the company’s ownership. The Rodas family rejected Walker’s claim so the issue will ultimately be taken to court.
Stay tuned as the story develops.
