The boxy Alfa Romeo Giulia 1300 may not be the most beautiful car that has rolled off the Italian automaker’s assembly lines, but it certainly is one that can’t be ignored.
I personally love the way it looks: its simple, boxy shape is unmistakable and if it has a lowered suspension like this particular 1970 model it’s even better. The car belongs to Dorian Valenzuela, an engineer that currently works for Singer Vehicle Design, the company that builds custom vintage Porsches.
An interesting fact is that his Alfa contributed decisively to him getting the job at Singer, as the folks there were impressed by the attention to detail put into the Giulia and decided he’s the kind of guy they needed. This says a lot about the build quality of the boxy Alfa, which features multiple upgrades you can learn about by watching the following video courtesy of Petrolicious.
