Now, if you’re like me and you feel like the BMW 3-Series (and other cars its size) is too big for your needs, the 1-Series is a much more enticing package.
Jaguar currently doesn’t offer a car that size, but if it were to sell one right now, it would look very much like this rendering by Theophilus Chin.
It uses the front end of the new XE sedan and features a rear end that’s not at all dissimilar to that of the 1-Series. The lights are obviously Jaguar’s own (questionable) design and the general look is that of a traditional hatch.
Do you think there would be a need for Jaguar to launch such a model, or is the XE sedan small enough as it is? Would you consider buying one of these over its German or Japanese rivals?
