The previous generation Skoda Fabia Combi was offered in a more rugged, jacked up Scout version, but unlike the bigger Octavia Scout, it was never available with all-wheel drive.
Skoda hasn’t mentioned anything so far about launching a new Fabia Scout based on the latest-generation Fabia Combi, but I think it’s safe to say such a version will arrive rather sooner or later. It would be strange if Skoda didn’t offer one, since a Fabia Scout would be a relatively inexpensive way to conquer new customers.
It would also look a lot better than the previous generation model, as Photoshop manipulator X-Tomi’s renderings prove. Its only downside would be the lack of a 4×4 option, which is not offered on the new Fabia family. But seeing how many crossovers are bought with two-wheel drive nowadays, that shouldn’t be a big issue.
