Here is the latest batch of images we’re received from Skoda, depicting their Geneva-bound Superb flagship model! The car will be fully revealed next week on February 17 in Prague – which thankfully makes this a very short wait.
We’ve also learned that Skoda plans to drop the first ever all-new Superb video teaser on us next week on Monday, February 16, a day before the full reveal. Which means that we’ll probably still have to wait for the next day in order to see the car in all its glory. That’s why they’re called teasers.
As for these new images, we can tell that we’re dealing with a very elegant car, a very spacious car, without any awkward lines or shapes that might have surfaced on the previous generation car – like its uneven-looking C-pillar or the bland grille and headlights.
We already know that the new Superb has a clean and elegant interior so we’re expecting the same from its exterior as well.
We’re also expecting this car to “steal” quite a few more Passat, Mondeo and Insignia clients away from VW, Ford and Opel throughout Europe. We’re pretty sure that if it ends up being stylish enough, it will probably land more than just family oriented buyers.
