I’m guessing most of your answers will be positive, so here’s a design proposal for the Ford Fiesta RS submitted by Photoshop manipulator X-Tomi.
A performance version of the Fiesta superior to the ST model looks increasingly likely, with a recent report stating Fiesta RS is among Ford Performance’s 12 models that will be launched by 2020.
The Fiesta RS will likely be based on the current-generation model, although the supermini is approaching the end of its life cycle. However, that’s something Ford has accustomed us to in recent years, as Focus RS models arrived not long before the respective Focus generations went out of production.
X-Tomi’s renderings show a very aggressive body kit with restyled bumpers, a big diffuser and an even bigger tailgate spoiler. It looks as mean as can be, which is exactly how RS models should.
Given that the recently-unveiled Focus RS features an all-wheel drive system, it would not be far-fetched to speculate the Fiesta RS will get it too. Still, with or without AWD, it will definitely have significantly more than 200 horsepower. X-Tomi says 250hp would sound good, and we totally agree.
