Regera is a Swedish word which basically means “rule” or “reign” (over one’s kingdom) and it’s also the name of a new model of Koenigsegg that’s set to debut at the Geneva motor show, along with the already announced Agera RS.
The upcoming model is suggestively named as such because it’s going to be a “megacar.” We assume that’s all about the power, so maybe it will feature the same power output as the One:1, which puts out 1 MW of power, or 1,341 hp.
However, this has a different model name, so we can assume it’s model that also looks different to the Agera variants, not that there’s anything wrong with the way those look.
All will be revealed and made clear after its unveiling; will it have more power than the One:1, since Koenigsegg said that was “the first” megacar, but they didn’t say they wouldn’t make more or more powerful ones?
