If you’re a fan of some of the best tuning companies in the world, then you’re going to love this presentation video. Thanks to Singapore’s KBS Motorsport, this Ferrari F12 Berlinetta steps into some Novitec-designed hardware.
We’ve got to hand it to those guys for editing this footage the way they did. Really good job. Oh, and not to mention the car! There isn’t a lot of ways in which you can improve on a V12, 741 HP Ferrari. Unless of course you’ve got the tools, the know-how, the creativity and the fine taste that those fine folks over at Novitec Group have.
Novitec ‘Rosso‘ is what they call their Ferraris. If we’re talking about a Lamborghini, the assigned codename by Novitec is ‘Torado‘. Of course, they also work on Maseratis (calling them Tridente) and Rolls-Royce (SPOFEC – SPirit Of ECstasy). All that aside, the video walks you through a few of the stages of transformation that turn the factory stock F12 into something even more spectacular.
The body kit in question is called N-Largo and it’s arguably their best work as far as the F12 Berlinetta is concerned. First they carefully analyze the car before stripping it of its skin and adding the N-Largo parts which actually help reduce negative lift – it’s always best when something aesthetic is also functional. As you’ll see in the video, just about every part they install on the car has a function. Except of course bonnet inserts, side mirror covers, roof spoiler, and custom tail lights.
The F12 is then seen leaving the garage with 781 HP (574 kW), fitted with Novitec’s Power Stage 1 Package which also bumps the torque from 690 Nm to 722 Nm and raises the top speed to 345 km/h (a 5 km/h bonus).
