Talk about a super exclusive find: the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 that we discovered in Tampa, Florida where it’s listed for a mind-boggling $975,000.
According to the VIN, it’s a 2014 build. Where not sure how it got here, as Mercedes never officially imported the monstrous six-wheeled SUV that spans more than 19 feet or 5.87 meters in length (!) to North America, as it was designed to be produced in limited numbers for select markets, mainly in the oil-rich areas of the Middle East.
While one would assume that it’s legally registered for road use in the States, you’d be wise to make sure before departing a million bucks.
The G63 AMG 6×6 gets by with a 5.5-liter turbocharged V8 churning out 544-horses and 760 Nm (560 lb-ft) of torque connected to a seven-speed automatic gearbox that runs through three axles and five locking differentials to power six Unimog-spec 18-inch beadlock wheels shod in massive huge 37-inch all-terrain tires. It’s designed to go pretty much anywhere it fits boasting a ground clearance of 18.1 inches or close to half-a-meter.
