This video of police incompetence is actually hard to watch; seeing them do that do an innocent (elderly) man and his wife just because of several mistakes on their end is troubling.
The story goes that classic car collectors Robin and Beverley Brewen were pulled over on a Washington State highway and then things start to go awry. The cops allegedly pulled the car over because its historic number plate was not found in the database – the car was running its original restored plate from back when it was first registered.
Police ask for the keys to be placed on the car’s roof and the driver exit the car. The humiliation that ensue for the driver, who says he’s never had any kind of trouble with the law, goes to ridiculous lengths as he is issued conflicting commands at gunpoint.
