Tuscany is a beautiful region in central Italy known as the birthplace of the Renaissance.
Now Buick wants you to know the name through a special edition of their Enclave crossover to highlight the fact that the crossover “sparked the brand’s renaissance eight years ago”.
The main highlights of the 2016 Buick Enclave Tuscan Edition are a bronze-tone grille and 20-inch chrome-clad wheels with bronze accents. There are three exterior colors to choose from, named White Frost Tricoat, Dark Chocolate Metallic and Ebony Twilight Metallic.
After its debut at the New York Auto Show, it will go on sale this summer on the Leather (1SL) and Premium (1SN) trims, which according to Buick, offer the following additional items:
- Power-operated dual moonroof with fixed skylight.
- Heated, wood-trimmed steering wheel
- Ice-blue LED ambient lighting around the instrument panel
- Eight-way power front driver and passenger seats with power recline, lumbar support and driver memory
- Heated front seats on Leather models and heated/cooled seats on Premium models
- Power-tilting/telescoping steering column on Premium models
- Buick IntelliLink with color touchscreen radio
- OnStar with 4G LTE and built-in Wi-Fi hotspot
- Tri-zone automatic climate control
- High-intensity discharge headlamps
- Power liftgate
- Rear park assist and rear-vision camera system with dynamic guidelines.
Like all Enclaves, the Tuscan is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine with direct injection that delivers up to 24mpg highway when opted with front-wheel drive. All-wheel is offered as an option.
