With all the automotive craziness going on in Geneva, we’d forgive you for not being aware of the 2015 Cleveland Auto Show where Chevy unwrapped the Colorado Z71 Trail Boss Edition today.
The new Trail Boss model combines the Z71 off-road truck suspension package with a more aggressive tire set and additional cosmetic enhancements. These include two-tone 17-inch alloy wheels shod in Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac 265/65R17, Chevy’s GearOn moveable cargo tie-down rings, a load bar and cargo divider, and black fender flares and Chevy bowtie logos.
All models will also come equipped with a G80 automatic locking rear differential, front recovery hooks, black rocker steps, front fog lamps, all-weather floor mats with the Z71 logo, and in the case of AWD versions, a transfer case shield as well.
According to GM, sales kick off this spring with the 2015 Colorado Z71 Trail Boss starting at “$28,505 plus the package price of $3,320”.
