Well, technically the Force Motors Trax is not an SUV, but more of a commercial vehicle with off-road capabilities and seating for people. This particular one can accommodate a heck of a lot of people which can clamber in using any one of its seven (!) doors.
The regular Trax is currently available in India as a five- or three-door, yet the one spotted by Autocar India has seven in total…
We can’t say exactly how many people it can fit, but being destined for remote rural areas of India, we imagine it’s quite a few of them – it’s at least eleven, as that’s the number of places you get with the biggest of the five-door versions.
It’s a pretty funny looking thing, and it’s reportedly now undergoing homologation, being expected to hit the market in the coming months; we’re definitely going to post a review for one of these when it pops up – the engine that drives it is a 2.6-liter 60 hp diesel, so you can imagine the kind of mind-bending performance it’s going to offer now that it’s longer and heavier.
