We know Magnus Walker is crazy for Porsche 911s, as old as you can get them – he wants to own every single early model. Proof of this is his desire to own all of the first three model years of the first-gen Turbo: he had a 1976 and a 1977, but he was missing the very first year of production, a 1975.

In the video below he goes about explaining how he got his hands on a right-hand drive example which he imported from Australia to the US. The 1975 Turbo is a rare car, but it’s even more so in right-hand drive spec.

He even compares it to its latest modern equivalent, but concedes that his till prefers the older cars and asks if in 40 years’ time we’ll be looking at the current car the way we now look at what we call “the classic” turbo.
