A fire of epic proportions burned down an entire used car dealership in Busan, South Korea. Despite the fact that the local fire services dispatched no fewer than 100 fire engines to the scene, they did have trouble containing the blaze – they even evacuated nearby buildings for fears of it spreading.
Overall, more than 500 cars (around 570 of them) were burnt beyond repair – that’s nearly all the ones that were inside; the exceptions are those that escaped unburnt, but we didn’t really see many/any of those…
Definitely a hellish scene which you can see unfold and end in the videos posted below; some show the inferno raging and firefighters fighting fire, while others concentrate more on the shocking aftermath it leaves behind.
