Here’s the answer to yesterday’s question about the mystery model at the firm’s New York Auto Show booth: turns out it’s the BRZ STI Performance Concept.
Beyond the official pictures, information remains limited at this time, so we don’t know if the study was made to demonstrate STI performance bits, a new edition or possibly even an upcoming facelift since the car features newly designed and more angular lights on both ends.
Among other changes made to the BRZ are wider fenders and side skirts, a full body kit with new bumpers, a massive rear wing and a more prominent rear diffuser with twin central pipes, shaved door handles, prototype mirrors, and a raft of interior upgrades such as the bucket seats, carbon trim and new steering wheels with a racing display.
We’ll have more on the Subaru BRZ STi Performance Concept later in the day.
H/T to Terranismo!
