Remember this S63 Coupe-based Brabus 850 from the 2015 Geneva Motor Show? It was one mean looking beast thanks to the blacked-out aero kit and the Shadow Gold Brabus Monoblock F wheels.
But if you don’t want to go that route with your insanely fast luxury coupe, you can go for a more stylish look, with discrete silver Monoblock wheels, a color they also used on the front spoiler, window frames and boot lid insert. It definitely doesn’t stand out as much on the outside, and even the interior, as great as it is, I still prefer the one from Geneva.
As for power, since this is what Brabus is all about, we’ve got the 6.0 liter V8 putting down 850 PS – which will get you from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds. That may sound like a lot when we’re talking over 800 horses, but consider the sheer weight of this thing.
It may be more powerful than any Lamborghini or Ferrari (except LaFerrari), but it’s definitely not as quick overall. Its top speed is 350 km/h (217 mph), which should also satisfy any Autobahn junkie.
Even though it’s not an easy choice, I’d much rather take the brutish golden-wheeled ‘Dark Knight’ they had in Geneva, than the one they’re showing off here. This car looks way too much like an every day S63 AMG Coupe.
A Brabus should be make more of a statement, shouldn’t it?
