Vauxhall announced the pricing and the specs of their latest addition to the range, the small Viva city car.

The Vauxhall Viva -or Opel Karl for the rest of Europe– will start at £7,995 and will be offered in two trim levels, SE and SL just as the original Viva did. The SE trim will be offered in A/C and ecoFLEX versions, giving the customers a choice between four models (SE, SE Air Con, SE ecoFLEX and SL).

Standard equipment includes tyre pressure monitoring system, lane departure warning, cruise control with speed limiter, six airbags, ESP with traction control and hill start assist, front fog lights with cornering function and many more.

The Viva SE ecoFLEX achieves 65.7mpg and 99g/km, thanks to a front-lip and extended rear spoiler and is equipped with ultra-low rolling resistance tyres over the standard SE model. The price for it is set at £8,170.

The top-of-the-line SL trim offers electronic climate control, a six speaker audio with Bluetooth music streaming and a USB port, leather steering wheel and 15-inch alloy wheels for the price of £9,495. Optional equipment includes the Winter Pack (heated seats and steering wheel), rear parking sensors and an electric glass sunroof.
