Fisker has just announced that it will be revealing what is either a new model or a revised version of the Karma later this month. In the teaser, hosted on its own mini-site, the new car is shown from a top-down perspective, not revealing too much of what it actually looks like.
They say “It’s on. Luxury Energized. Energy Optimized,” but that just sounds like PR/marketing nonsense – we want to know about all about the revisions the Karma so desperately needed, and how they fixed the oh-so many things wrong with it…
We don’t know how far they’ve gone, but hopefully the infusion of cash brought by new Chinese owners Wanxiang actually went into reengineering the faulty bits.
And didn’t the Karma suffer from build quality issues too? That’s another area where future prospective buyers need to be reassured has been addressed, to even consider buying a car with such a bad build rep.
