Audi has announced its lineup for the 2015 Wörthersee Tour, which is highlighted by the 600PS TT Clubsport Turbo Concept.
Combining a 2.5 TFSI engine with an electric biturbo, the study has a power output of 600PS (592hp) and a wide body kit that reminds of the Audi 90 IMSA GTO of the late 1980s.
Thanks to lightweight design, the TT Clubsport Turbo weighs just 1,396 kg (3,078 lb) and is able to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.6 seconds, with a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph).
The car has a 48-volt electrical sub-system which supplies electrical energy to the turbocharger. A compact lithium-ion battery in the luggage compartment stores the energy generated by recuperation when coasting, while a DC/DC converter provides the connection to the 12-volt electrical system.
Audi is also showcasing some production models kitted with genuine accessories in Wörthersee. The A1 and A1 Sportback with Active Kit features platinum gray front spoiler, rear apron, wheel arch trims and side sills, as well as aluminum-look applications. Contrast is also offered by the five-arm Cavo design wheels available in 17- and 18-inch diameter, decals, roof line and lower rear section, all painted platinum gray.
There’s also the Style Package offered for the A3 family which features brilliant black side sills, rear diffuser and rear apron (also available in the color of the car), as well as a roof edge spoiler and exterior mirrors made from carbon. As an eye-catching feature, when the door is opened, the Quattro logo is projected on the ground by LEDs.
Finally, the Audi Q3 is showcased wearing the Offroad Style package which includes bumpers, wheel arch and door trim strips in metallic stone gray, Quattro logo displayed on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, as well as stainless steel pedal caps and side running boards.
Other cars on display are the Audi R8 LMS and Audi Sport TT Cup racecars, as well as the entire RS lineup.
