Did you know that 80% of all Bentley cars ever made are still in use to this day? That’s something you should keep in mind when thinking of buying a second hand luxury car.
Remember those greatly exaggerated ‘Pre-Owned’ BMW Spots? The soccer mom with her X3, the guy shielding his 5 Series from dust particles and so on. Those were easy to make fun of, but that was the whole point – to suggest that people will go to great lengths to keep their used BMWs looking like new.
This of course raises the question, what would you do for your used, sorry, pre-owned Bentley? We can only imagine how people would go out of their ways to ensure nothing bad ever happens to it – and might we add, you might get a lot more bang for your buck if you buy second-hand.
Bentley will present a range of pre-owned cars at this year’s Goodwood Festival of Speed (26-28 June), and each of the cars displayed will be covered by warranty – up to three years of cover on any pre-owned Bentley up to 11 years old with no mileage or claim limit.
That sounds pretty good to us, and if you hit this link, you can check out all of their pre-owned cars and their prices.
If you find yourself attending the Goodwood Festival of Speed, make sure to check out Bentley’s pre-owned stand which will be within walking distance from the main Bentley stand, close to the Hillclimb bridge crossing.
Maybe it’s just us, but since even wealth has its limits (for most people), why spend two, or in some cases three times as much on a car that you can get in near mint condition through such a well thought out pre-owned program such as this?
Imagine how funny it would be hearing hip hop artists sing about how much they saved on their pre-owned Bentley.
