While we do tip our hats to Peter Dinklage and the excellent work he’s done as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO hit series Game of Thrones, Chrysler’s 300C isn’t exactly on the same level or greatness.
If you recall, Chrysler came out with a new 300C spot last month called “The Kings & Queens of America” narrated by none other than Peter Dinklage. It was generally well received and we quite liked it.
Chrysler has a real knack for great advertising, delivering powerful messages to the audience. With that in mind, here are three new 300C spots called ‘Luxury’, ‘Power’ and ‘Best-in-Class’.
This time Chrysler is keeping it shorter, but the narrator is still one and the same – and we do like listening to him talk.
As for the spots, well, the one entitled ‘Luxury’ talks about how everybody should have their own trophies. You know, like how football players have rings, and boxers have belts and actors have Oscars? Yeah, here’s your Chrysler 300C sir, congratulations!
Seriously now, the 300C is no trophy car but we’re not going to stand here and tell you that it’s not worthy of being considered if you’re in the market for something belonging to its segment. The 300C actually is pretty well-made inside and you can indeed make the case for it being more luxurious than its rivals – though not luxurious in general, since that term is reserved for, say, an S-Class.
As for its looks, hey, we like it so maybe you should be proud if you’re driving around in one. So here’s to the 300C and to the next Game of Thrones episode.
