Only three days separate us from discovering the all-new Audi A4, which will be unveiled on September 29 during a preview event ahead of the Frankfurt Motor Show world debut.
Audi has released two teaser videos to announce the event, one in English and one in German. In both videos, the Audi A4 sedan and Audi A4 estate are covered by white veils revealing the light signature of the LED headlights (not that it was a big secret) and the protruding Singleframe grille.
No information about the new model was offered, but we do know that the A4 will be lighter than the current car and will feature a new 2.0-liter TFSI engine which Audi promises will return less than 5 l/100 km (47 mpg US / 56 mpg UK). The Audi A4 is expected to also offer a range of longitudinally mounted 1.4-, 1.8- and 2.0-liter TFSI turbo petrols, and 1.6- and 2.0-liter turbo diesels. 3.0-liter V6 petrol and diesel units will be available, as well as an e-quattro plug-in hybrid powertrain.
