This just in from Mexico; a new BMW i8 flipped over in a crash that occurred near the capital Mexico City.
And just to make bad situation for the driver worse, according to the guys over at WreckedExotics, the driver was actually a journalist who had taken the plug-in hybrid sports car for a media test drive.
We don’t have any information on how the accident happened, but given that the lady in one of the pictures is smiling over who we believe to be the driver, he / she is probably out of danger.
The $160,000 (2.5 million Mexican Peso) BMW on the other hand, doesn’t look too good…
