He’s a retired reverend going by the name Edward Moore and he lives at Mount Zion Sheltering Arms, which is a community for the elderly and disabled.
We won’t comment on the moral fiber of those who willingly commit these kinds of acts, but we do hope karma or the cops give them what they deserve.
Mr. Moore looks really distraught in the KSAT news video screenshots posted below, at one point bursting into tears when saying how much he had to pay to get his stolen car out of impound – the $270 he paid was probably half the value of his car, so you can kind of understand his frustration.
