The all-new Audi Q7 is lighter, greener, faster and more technologically advanced than its predecessor. It really is the embodiment of how the evolutionary approach works and according to recent reviews it’s a successful formula.
One area where the new Q7 trumps its predecessor is in the looks department; the previous model was not an elegant shape to behold, whereas this is much easier on the eye, even if it’s still big, tall and boxy – it’s still not a pretty SUV, but less offensive than before.
CarAdvice got to test the car at its official launch venue in the Swiss alps, and the first impression is deeply positive.
The vehicle tested is the V6 TDI variant, which as in the case of its predecessor will be the most popular choice.
