A couple of weeks ago, we called the McLaren P1 the most visually customizable hypercar there is and this particular one right here can only reinforce that statement.
Actually, you can look at this Black & Red P1 in two distinctive ways. First and foremost, it’s a black McLaren P1 with a whole bunch of red accents and pinstripes, both inside and outside.
The interior looks great and isn’t ruined in any way by all the ‘red’. Also, the red that fades into black on the doors is downright brilliant – so whoever came up with this design should be really proud of it.
Even the wheels look awesome! Such an amazing job overall, don’t you think?
Still, there is another way in which you can look at this car. Think about the McLaren-Honda MP4-30‘s brand new livery and it will hit you right away that this car is pretty much an accurate representation of the Formula 1 racer in terms of the color combo.
Of course, the MP4-30 features more of a graphite gray instead of black but the end-result is the same.
Fortunately for McLaren, the P1 is doing a lot better overall than their Honda-powered Formula 1 car. Though we wouldn’t mind somebody calling up MSO and asking for an exact F1 replica livery on their brand new P1.
