Most of us will never be able to afford the latest Ferrari metal but as long as we have an internet connection, nothing can stop us from configuring one.
The 488 GTB is the first mid-engined Ferrari with forced induction since the F40 and signifies the beginning of a new era for Maranello. Naturally aspirated V8s are officially dead for the Prancing Horse, with the 488 GTB wearing a twin-turbo 3.9-litre V8 which makes 661hp (670PS) and 560lb-ft (760Nm) of torque.
Ferrari offers a very long list of options to its clients, from two-tone paint finishes to carbon trims for the cabin, giving the opportunity to them to highly personalize their new toy. Their new online 488GTB configurator went live, allowing the rest of us to have a go at it.
We gave it a try -for the sake of research of course- and what we came up is a Canna Di Fucile grey 488 GTB with red leather and dark-grey forged wheels.
