You may, or may not have heard that 50 Cent filed for bankruptcy.
Okay, okay, the thing is the rapper isn’t broke. Filing for a Chapter 11 bankruptcy is one thing and being penniless is another. With this move, Mr. Cent only assures his current “investments” will be well reorganized.
In other words, he’s utilizing the laws to his advantage. If you’re bankrupt, you can’t pay a $5,000,000 law suit or other debts, for instance.
But hey, what’s this got to do with cars? – You may ask. Well, it is funny how 50 responds to the situation, on social media, using automobiles. 4-years ago, he was recorded stashing $2,000,000 cash in the trunk of a Lamborghini Murcielago. Needless to say, he was the Floyd Mayweather of the twenty-tens.
Now, the rapper posted a picture on his Instagram next to a Smart ForTwo, saying: “Times are hard out here LMAO.”
Indeed they are, Mr. Cent, but you’ve got to keep up with the times. Get rich, or die trying, remember? Obviously he’s poking fun at himself and the odds that little commuter belongs to him are very, very slim.
