Jaguar’s latest XE executive sedan is without any doubt the most important model the British brand has made in its recent history.
After a not so successful try with the X-Type a few years back, Jaguar returns to the segment with the XE in order to face the German opposition as equal and steal their thunder. With cars in the segment like the new Audi A4, the BMW 3-Series and of course the Mercedes C-Class, the XE must nail the recipe in order to succeed.
And let’s not forget that the segment is about to welcome Alfa’s long-awaited return with the RWD Giulia which also wants to show the Germans who is the boss.
