You might feel sorry (or amused, depending if you’ve seen ‘The Lord of the Rings’ trilogy) for the man pictured above lying on the ground, but you’ll likely change your mind after watching the video.
It’s a case of road rage that’s gone viral. It happened earlier this month on Pacific Avenue in Yuma, Arizona, when for an unclear reason – for what it’s worth, news reports said that the motorcyclist may have cut in front of the car – a Honda driver shot out of his car and physically attacked the motorcyclist and his female passenger.
After punching the biker in his face, the man pushed the woman riding behind. He then threw another punch to the motorcyclist who managed to push him down to the ground and immobilize him, while the passenger called the police.
We have to say, the biker handled the situation extremely well de-escalating the situation – not that anyone would have blamed him after being punched in the face twice…
In an update on his video post, the rider wrote:
“Driver of the car apparently broke his ankle when he went to the ground, which is why I’m told he did not go to jail. He has multiple charges against him including endangerment, threatening, and assault. Myself and the police officers I spoke with clearly believe he was under the influence of something. Court date pending.”
