There are some cars that don’t need much tweaking to make them look mad.
Take for instance this outstanding F12berlinetta. It hasn’t got additional cuts and creases, spoilers and carbon fiber appendages. It only has a lowered suspension and the right tire-wheel combo; the rest is Ferrari’s work.
Usually, a simple, clean design gets highlighted with minimalistic changes to the car. And a set of right wheels can do wonders, especially if the vehicle has an aggressive stance in the first place.
That’s how it goes in the stance movement with German automobiles. The Teutonic, simple design language doesn’t get spoiled with body kits and unnecessary add-ons, neither the car’s proportions – which are very important.
Short overhangs, long hood, short boot is the ideal recipe towards the OEM aggressive look. Think of the trend as a very polished, posh race-car. And I’m referring to the real stance culture, with custom rims and a ride height tilted towards an aggressive pose, not to the flush, hellaflush, slammed nonsense.
The F12’s proportions and color help it look killer, but without these ADV.1 polished aluminum rims and tweaked suspension, the car wouldn’t have looked this sinister. This prancing horse rolls on 21×9.5 in the front and 22×13 in the back 10 Spoke ADV 10 Track Spec Series Wheels.
This is not the first love affair between ADV.1 and F12berlinetta we featured on Carscoops, but it seems that the combo gets better and better. Don’t you think?
