Are you ready to embark on an adventure sponsored by Infiniti? Here’s what you need to do…

Infiniti has launched a campaign called the “Ultimate Test Drive” which offers a lucky winner the possibility to get behind the wheel of a real Red Bull Formula 1 car and… “test drive” it.

All you need to do is visit any Infiniti center and complete a regular test drive, automatically enter a prize draw, be one of 25 selected finalists, prove yourself against the rest of them in a race, start a driver training program on the official Red Bull simulator and then be flown to Dubai to test the single-seater. Is that too much to swallow from one blow? Well, let me break it down for you and bear in mind it’s all free of charge.

You can start by booking an ordinary test drive at an Infiniti center and complete it because then you’ll be automatically registered in the competition. From then on, it’s all about luck. 25 finalists will be selected to participate in the next step of the program by going head to head at Rockingham Motor Speedway, where they will be assessed on all aspects of their driving ability by a panel of judges (including Sebastian Buemi).

After that ordeal will be over, one winner will be selected to start training at the Red Bull testing facility on high-end simulators to get accustomed to the F1 car and afterwards the individual will be flown to Dubai to drive the real thing under the personal guidance of Daniil Kvyat – a 21 year-old better than you at driving Formula 1 cars.

Carl Bayliss, Country Manager, Infiniti UK, had this to say about the event:

“Never before has Infiniti offered a prize of this calibre and we are delighted to be able to reward potential and existing customers with an opportunity like this. Our partnership with Infiniti Red Bull Racing has helped us to emphasise the performance part of our DNA, so offering one winner the chance to experience the ultimate test drive is a real testament to our own Inspired Performance.”

Isn’t all this sound great? But here’s the “bad” part; the contest is reserved for UK motorists only. So, if you’re a Brit and you’re reading this… What are you waiting for, man? Go!
