It feels like just yesterday the Ford Fusion made its North American debut and now we’re already seeing low-rez photos of its first makeover.
The second generation Ford Fusion (or the fourth generation Mondeo, as Europeans like to call it) debuted on North American soil in 2012 as a 2013MY. That said, thanks to Autoblog, we can now admire the looks of its revised replacement.
Or at least that’s what appears to be – the 2017MY Fusion; the one we spotted rolling camouflaged a few months ago.
Thanks to an official Ford document, we can spot that the car’s re-designed front-fascia, with re-imagined grille and new bumper blades, looks crisp compared to the current model. Although the revised headlights make the car feel a little bloated, the overall design doesn’t stray too far from its original formula.
Don’t expect to see any visual improvements to the car’s bodysides, and we’re just have to wait in order to see its behind.
