This is the model that arguably started the whole ‘supercar’ discussion with its jaw-dropping design and a sonorous V12 stuffed sideways behind the front seats.
Petrolicious speaks to Dennis Varni, owner of the stunning red P400S shown here since 1979 and huge automotive enthusiast.
“The most redeeming thing about the Miura would be the fact that there are only so many of them. Its highly collectable, it’s exciting, because it’s unusual, it’s small, it’s exotic. It’s still exotic today. And it was significant in its styling”, says Varni and who can argue with him.
