ABT unveiled its upgrade options for the Audi A6, offering up to 360hp for the diesel versions and up to 404hp for the petrol ones.
The new power packs promise to bring a stronger kick to the less glamorous versions of the range, starting with the A6 2.0TDI which normally makes 190PS (187hp) and 400Nm (295lb ft) of torque. ABT offers a separate control unit which increases the power and torque figures up to 215PS (212hp) and 440Nm (324lb ft).
ABT offers the same treatment for the twin-turbo 320PS (315hp) 3.0TDI version as well, with power reaching 365PS (360hp) and 710Nm (523lb ft) of torque. But that’s not all.
The German tuner also launches a new upgrade for the owners of the petrol 3.0TFSI version which pushes the output to 410PS (404hp) and 520Nm (383lb ft) of torque, up from 333PS (328hp) and 440Nm (324lb ft) of torque, almost matching the numbers produced by a stock twin-turbo 444hp 4.0-litre V8 Audi S6.
If the car comes equipped with the optional air-suspension, ABT offers the electronic suspension lowering system Lower-Control while those with the standard suspension can choose height-adjustable springs from their options list. ABT’s sport brake system which includes a set of 8-piston calipers is also available.
As for the styling, the company offers from sportier fender inserts and mirror covers made out of carbon to two different rear spoilers and the ABT Sportsline rear skirt which includes a quadruple rear exhaust muffler, complete with 89mm pipe diameter. The vehicle in the photos wears a set of 21-inch DR wheels with ABT also offering the option of 19-inch lightweight alloys in different designs.
