If you thought that the 3-Series’ mid-life changes were perhaps too subtle, then maybe it’s best you prepare yourself for more of the same when it comes to the 4-Series.
According to this rendering from Remco Meulendijk, not much has changed apart from the modified front and rear spoilers, as well as the headlights and taillights. To some, it’s the taillights that might actually attract most of the attention thanks to the LED technology.
The 4-Series already comes with a very sporty rear end, which is bound to look even more aggressive once you fire up those light-emitting diodes. Of course, aside from the Coupe, the same changes should apply to the Convertible and the Gran Coupe version as well.
After they’ll be done with the styling, BMW will probably roll out a few new exterior colors like they did with the 3-Series, plus a new navigation system, LTE technology and a color Head-Up Display and so on.
Facelift or not, the BMW 4-Series continues to be just as popular as always – just like the old E92 and E46 Coupe. There’s just something about owning a rear-wheel drive BMW Coupe that draws people in.
