After Ducati unleashed its Diavel model at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer let loose another kind of “devil” to roam the streets.

Sporting some light camouflage and a low, aggressive stance, this Diavel may seem similar to the current variant, but it’s a completely different animal. In fact, it looks like it’s going to slowly evolve into a full-on cruiser, which is a little irritating given the fact that the current model guides its “existence” after the “Don’t call me a cruiser” motto.

Still, the higher degree steering angle, the elongated fuel tank, the new position of the rear shocks and the laid-back sitting position indicate a whole different approach for the motorcycle. Moreover, our spy photographers indicate that this bike is running on a belt-driven drivetrain, instead of a chain.

So, will the Diavel lose the hardcore 162 Hp 1198cc, V-Twin Testastretta 11° Dual Spark engine in the process? Highly unlikely, although by the looks of it, it will probably trade some horsepower for some torque.
