Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton took to social media in order to ask his fans if he should buy this white G63 AMG 6×6. All we can say is, just get it if you like it mate!
Lewis post read “So… Thinking about getting this bad boy. What do you think?”, followed by a bunch of hashtags such as #6×6, #GClass and #BOSS. Well, Lewis, you’re already arguably the best Formula 1 driver on the grid, as well as the reigning world champ, which means that you don’t really need a monstrous truck in order to stand out or make you feel like you’re the “boss”. You are the “boss”!
On the other hand, if you really like the car for reasons of your own, and money is obviously no issue, then why shouldn’t you indulge? You only live once, right?
There, we just argued this topic from two different perspectives. Some people might definitely feel like he’s trying too hard to impress, which realistically speaking, doesn’t make a lot of sense since everyone’s already impressed with how skilled this guy is on a race track. But then again, those who don’t want to be too judgmental could simply say: go ahead and have at it, if that’s what you want.
However, if you want to be practical about it, there’s probably no reason for somebody who lives in Europe to own a Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6. I mean, if driving something really huge is what you’re after then what’s next? A Scania truck?
Still, there’s no arguing against the fact that the 6×6 is a seriously bad-ass offroad vehicle, and Lewis is clearly aware of its wow-factor. Oh, and the fact that this model is already sold out shouldn’t be a problem for somebody who races for Mercedes-Benz and wins championships.
