Just admit the fact that when you first laid eyes on Landwind’s Range Rover Evoque clone, the X7, you immediately wanted to see it riding on big rims and sporting a body kit complete with a chrome-accented diffuser.
Well, your fake Asian Project Kahn fantasy has come true thanks to an officially endorsed dealer-fit kit. Sadly, the big rims part of the opening paragraph is not true, and Landwind buyers who opt for the kit will have it looking slightly ridiculous riding on the small standard wheels.
But the part about the chrome accents is true and oh-so visible…
The people who drew up the kit decided this very sporty and seriously-performance oriented X7 needed a Ferrari F40-lookalike exhaust to complete the look, as well as air ducts under the rear lights – those are for cooling the clusters and preventing them from catching fire under excessive indicating while braking on a foggy day; they were clearly engineered for maximum air flow… while reversing.
